Product Manager

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to be responsible for managing our company’s products. The Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight customers. This role will own the strategy, design, and execution of new products.

Responsibilities

1. Develop product strategy and roadmaps based on customer needs, market analysis, and business goals
2. Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver successful products
3. Define and analyze product KPIs, set targets, and track progress to goals
4. Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
5. Create user stories to communicate product vision
6. Manage product life cycle from ideation to launch, gathering feedback and iterating
7. Evangelize products to customers to drive adoption and engagement
8. Monitor industry and technology trends to identify new product opportunities
9. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product information, requests, feedback and bug reports.
10. Develop project plans and schedules for new product releases
11. Track and report on progress of development projects
12. Coordinate cross-functional team members and resources to complete projects on time
13. Other responsibilities as requested by the executive team

Requirements

1. 3+ years experience in a product management role
2. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Experience with product development methodologies like agile and lean
5. Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically
6. Technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
7. Strong team collaboration skills and cross-functional leadership
