Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our AI-focused startup developing custom solutions for enterprise development teams. You will work collaboratively as part of a small, agile team building innovative products from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain backend systems and architecture using Go and Python
2. Build and/or fine-tune custom natural language processing models
3. Troubleshoot and debug code issues as they arise
4. Contribute ideas to improve software design and functionality
5. Participate in code reviews, retrospectives, and planning sessions

Requirements:

1. 3+ years professional software development experience
2. Solid grasp of AI/ML concepts and applications
3. Proficiency in Go programming
4. Experience with Python for AI/ML development
5. Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
6. Passion for AI/ML with interest in startup environments
7. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
8. CS degree or equivalent work experience
